We provide both commercial and residential services, so no matter what type of property you have, we can clean it out for you! We service a 30 mile radius from our physical location. For jobs further than 30 miles or 40 minutes, a travel fee may apply. Please confirm pricing beforehand.

Residential and Commercial Junk Removal

We’ll clear out garages and other spaces, haul off any unwanted appliances or furniture, and even take care of remodeling debris. We bring the dump trailer over to your house, load up all of your trash into it, and haul it away at no extra cost!

Hazardous items, such as paint, chemicals, oils, asbestos, oil drums, gasoline, propane tanks, antifreeze, and household garbage, are not permissible. The customer understands and agrees that Just Junk It will charge an additional $36 to $65 per ton (based on disposal facility) over the initial 3 tons allowed. 5 tons MAXIMUM.

*To extend your rental for additional days, there will be a fee of $25 per day or $150 per week. We will need a 24-hour notice for the extension.

*Extended mileage trip charge for jobs outside of our coverage area. This fee is for jobs greater than 30 miles OR 40 minutes, whichever is greater.

*Debris is not to be filled above the sidewalls. Heavy items such as concrete, shingles, dirt, and broken stone must be approved beforehand
